Who this covers

This policy covers oriosystems.com and the forms on it, operated by Orio Systems (Geovanni Calderon, Indiana, USA). It does not cover the internal systems Orio builds and configures for clients — those are governed by the individual engagement agreement for that project.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, work email, company, inquiry topic, the workflow problem you describe, and any optional fields you fill in (phone number, website, how you heard about us, and preferred contact method). We use this information to evaluate and reply to your request, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

The site's hosting provider, Vercel, processes ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request headers, requested page, and timestamps. Orio does not currently load advertising pixels or a visitor analytics product on this site.

Language translation

The language control is an optional, user-initiated handoff to Google Translate. If you select a language, Google receives the public page URL and processes the translated page under Google's privacy policy. Orio does not send contact-form contents through that control. English pricing, timelines, and legal text remain the authoritative version.

How we use it

• To evaluate, respond to, and follow up on an inquiry you submit.
• To protect the form and site from spam, fraud, abuse, and technical failure.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations when applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your submission to train any AI model.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are stored in Upstash Redis, our managed lead-record store, and sent via Resend, our transactional email provider, directly to our inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web-request data while serving and protecting the site. If you deliberately use the language control, Google processes the public page URL as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent contact information.

How long we keep it

The website's durable copy of a contact-form submission is configured to expire 365 days after submission. Related email correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, then deleted unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. Records connected to a paid engagement may be retained longer under the project agreement and applicable tax or accounting requirements.

Your choices

• You do not need to use the external translation control; the original English site remains available.
• You can ask what we have on file, request correction, or request deletion. Some records may be retained when legally required.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS, are written to a server-side managed data store before the notification email is sent, and use a submission identifier to prevent duplicate records. Reasonable technical measures are used to limit spam and abusive submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Orio does not claim a specific security certification such as SOC 2 or HIPAA for this website.

Visitors outside the United States

Orio Systems is based in Indiana, USA. If you submit information from another country, it will be processed in the United States. Depending on where you live, you may have additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights under local law.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
